Welcome to the CSD meeting page. Here you’ll find agendas, schedules, and materials for upcoming and past Board and committee meetings. We encourage you to stay informed and participate.

The HVLCSD Board of Directors meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 6:00 pm. The Board may also schedule special meetings as needed and will post notice in accordance with the Brown Act.

Posting Requirements

Regular Board Meetings: Agendas posted at least 72 hours in advance
Special Meetings: Agendas posted at least 24 hours in advance (business limited to listed items)
Committee Meetings: Generally 72 hours’ notice for standing committees
Emergency Meetings: Notice provided as soon as possible due to urgent circumstances

Agendas are posted publicly and on the District website when available.
