Are you ready to conserve water? EyeOnWater is a new customer portal to help you do just that! It allows you to connect to your water meter and view your usage on your desktop or mobile device. You can also discover your watering trends and set up leak alerts, giving you the power to catch leaks before they cause damage.

Our field staff have been working hard to make this new functionality available to our customers.  You can sign up if your HVLCSD account starts with a 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20

Accounts beginning with 21  are currently being installed.

How to sign up:

  1. Go to EyeOnWater.com/signup. Enter your billing zip code and account number.
  2. Create an account by entering a username and password
  3. Verify your email
  4. Login to EyeOnWater
